What your warranty covers
If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up under normal residential use — for as long as you own the home — we'll repair or replace the affected cabinet or component. No time limit. No runaround.
Applies to Traditional and Modern series cabinets purchased on or after June 1, 2026, and installed in a primary or secondary home in the US or Canada.
How to file a claim
Submit online
Visit elocity.com/warranty and select “Submit a Warranty Claim.” You’ll get a confirmation email right away.
We review your claim
Our team evaluates every submission and may ask for photos or, in some cases, the item itself for inspection.
We make it right
Approved claims are resolved with a repair or replacement. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

A note on natural wood
Wood is a living material, and part of what makes it beautiful is also what makes it unique. No two cabinets are identical — and a few things that might look unusual at first are simply wood being wood.
Grain, color & texture
Variations in grain pattern, color tone, knots, and mineral streaks are natural. Differences between samples, photos, and installed cabinets are normal and expected.
Finish variation
Stained, painted, and glazed finishes vary from piece to piece. Glazed finishes are intentionally uneven. Hairline cracks at painted seams are a natural result of seasonal wood movement.
Seasonal movement
Wood expands and contracts with humidity changes. Center panels shrinking up to ⅛", doors warping up to ¼", and moldings warping up to 2" are within normal range and are not defects.
